United Fence Erectors was created to supply the construction industry with a better fence installation experience. This experience includes better customer service before the installation, a superior fence installation, and prompt final paperwork. A superior experience begins with a clean, precise, and timely proposal. A proposal should have the ability to explain itself without too many questions. United Fence Erectors always break down our proposal into the smallest possible components in order to better clarify the project as a whole.

Upon acceptance of the proposal, all contracts should be completed in a timely fashion. Any R.F.I's should be written and faxed, contracts should be signed and returned, drawings should be submitted to ensure all schedules and milestones can be attained.
Upon submittal acceptance and contract document execution the fence material shall be promptly ordered and fabrication shall begin. Once all materials and fence are ready, the installation should begin with out delay. Before installation, there should be a site meeting to ensure the client is prepared and there are favorable conditions to begin the project.

Once started there are guidelines that will be met at all times. Safety is the #1 concern at United Fence Erectors. All safety precautions will be maintained at all times. Cleanliness is very important to all the employees at United Fence Erectors. Our area is to be cleaned at the end of each day (not once at the end of the project), even if the debris was not United Fence Erectors. Our motto is "leave the site better than when we arrived”.
Once the installation is complete the final paper work and any punch list items will be processed immediately. Any certified payroll and/or releases will be faxed and mailed at the end of each pay period. Warranty letters shall be written and sent within one week of completion. Any touch-up and/or "punch-list” items will be addressed within (2) business days.
